Hair Products Roundup:

As the temperature starts to plummet and our skin gets drier, so does our hair.  I can immediately tell when I’m in need of some moisturizing, and a mask just does wonders.  My favorite one as of late is Mane Goals from NUME.  It’s a deep repair protein mask made with Sunflower Seed Oil, Argan Oil and Shea Butter.  I like to leave it on as long as I can out of the shower (even keep it in my hair while working out), and then wash it out post workout.  If I’m unable to do that though, I generously massage some into my hair while I’m in the shower, and keep it in for 15 minutes before rinsing it out.  Immediately my hair feels rejuvenated and moisturized.  Right now the mask is 40% off on the site, as are all of the other products from the brand!

As far as shampoo and conditioner go, I’ve been on a roll with It’s A 10.  The brand was recommended to me from a hairstylist, but I recently became even more familiar with it on a beauty press appointment (and of course it was fun getting to go home with product to try for myself!).  If you blow-dry your hair then the Glossing Shampoo and Conditioner are right up your alley.  I normally never dry my hair, but I’ve been feeling chilled lately walking around in 30 degree temps (duh Lindsay!).  As far as a leave-in conditioner goes, I’m partial to this pretty limited-edition one from Britto x It’s A 10.  This cult fave products eliminates frizz, restores shine and smooths hair.  AKA much needed this winter!
